Berikut resep sambal terasi tomat yang sederhana dan enak:

Bahan-bahan:

  • 5 buah cabai merah keriting

  • 5 buah cabai rawit merah (sesuai selera pedas)

  • 2 buah tomat merah ukuran sedang

  • 1 siung bawang putih

  • 3 siung bawang merah

  • 1 sdt terasi (bakar dulu sebentar atau goreng)

  • 1/2 sdt garam

  • 1/2 sdt gula merah atau gula pasir

  • 1 sdm minyak goreng (untuk menumis)

Cara membuat:
