Berikut resep sambal matah, sambal khas Bali yang segar dan pedas:

Bahan-bahan:

  • 10 buah cabai rawit merah (bisa disesuaikan selera)

  • 5 siung bawang merah

  • 2 batang serai (ambil bagian putihnya, iris halus)

  • 5 lembar daun jeruk (buang tulang daunnya, iris halus)

  • 1 buah jeruk limau / jeruk nipis (ambil airnya)

  • Garam secukupnya

  • Gula secukupnya

  • 5 sdm minyak kelapa / minyak goreng panas

Cara membuat:

  1. Iris tipis cabai rawit, bawang merah, serai, dan daun jeruk.

  2. Masukkan semua bahan yang sudah diiris ke dalam mangkuk.

  3. Tambahkan garam, gula, dan perasan jeruk limau.

  4. Panaskan minyak sampai benar-benar panas, lalu tuangkan ke bahan sambal (hati-hati cipratan).
