Berikut resep Cumi Asam Manis yang enak dan mudah dibuat:

Bahan-bahan:

  • 500 gram cumi segar, bersihkan dan potong cincin

  • 1 buah bawang bombay, iris tipis

  • 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus

  • 2 sdm saus tomat

  • 2 sdm saus sambal (sesuai selera)

  • 1 sdm saus tiram

  • 1 sdm kecap manis

  • 1 sdm air jeruk nipis

  • 1 sdm gula pasir

  • 1/2 sdt garam

  • 1/4 sdt merica bubuk

  • 100 ml air

  • Minyak untuk menumis

Cara Memasak:

  1. Marinasi cumi dengan air jeruk nipis dan sedikit garam selama 10 menit, lalu bilas bersih.

  2. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum.

  3. Masukkan bawang bombay, tumis hingga layu.

  4. Tambahkan saus tomat, saus sambal, saus tiram, kecap manis, gula, garam, dan merica. Aduk rata.

  5. Masukkan air dan cumi. Masak dengan api sedang selama 3–5 menit saja agar cumi tidak alot.

  6. Koreksi rasa, angkat, dan sajikan.
